Terms of Use

Terms of use for Visa Sponsorship Jobs UK: how listings, sponsor data and tool results may be used, and their limits.

/about/ — About Us

Visa Sponsorship Jobs UK exists because finding a genuinely sponsored job in the UK is harder than it should be. Job boards mix real sponsorship roles with adverts that merely mention the word "visa" — including adverts that say sponsorship is not available. We built the filter we could not find: every listing on this site must state sponsorship in its own text, and its employer must appear on the official Home Office register of licensed sponsors.

We are an independent job-information service. We are not a recruitment agency, we do not charge jobseekers, and we cannot issue visas or Certificates of Sponsorship — only licensed UK employers can. Our data comes from the official GOV.UK sponsor register (refreshed daily), NHS Jobs, and licensed job-board feeds.

/contact/ — Contact Us

  • Report a wrong listing (job expired, sponsorship statement missing, employer changed): send the job page URL. Reports are checked against the source advert and the register.
  • Sponsor data corrections: if your organisation's register details look wrong here, note that we mirror the official GOV.UK register — correct it with the Home Office first; our copy refreshes daily.
  • General questions: Email contact opens with the site's full domain launch. Until then, the fastest route for a correction to sponsor data is the Home Office register itself via GOV.UK — and every correction made there flows into this site at the next daily sync.
  • We cannot review CVs, recommend agents, or advise on individual immigration cases. For regulated immigration advice, use an IAA-registered adviser (formerly OISC) — Find one through the official IAA adviser finder.

/privacy-policy/ — Privacy Policy

  • What we collect: standard server/analytics logs (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP). The tools on this site (licence checker, threshold checker, eligibility checker) run on the answers you type in your browser session; we do not ask for your name, passport, or any identity document, and you should never enter personal document numbers anywhere on this site.
  • Job applications: apply buttons take you to the original employer/board page. Anything you submit there is governed by that site's policy, not ours.
  • Cookies: analytics and essential cookies only; no advertising profiles are built from tool usage. At launch this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes, this policy will be updated before any such cookie is enabled.
  • Your rights: contact us via Contact for data questions or deletion requests relating to any data we hold about you.

/terms/ — Terms of Use

  • Listings and sponsor data are provided for job-search information. Register data mirrors the official GOV.UK register as of the sync date shown on each page; the register itself is the only authoritative source.
  • A listing appearing here is not a guarantee of sponsorship, employment, or visa approval. Only a licensed sponsor can assign a Certificate of Sponsorship, and only UK Visas and Immigration decides visa applications.
  • Tool results (eligibility, salary threshold) are guidance based on the rules and data cited on the tool page, not immigration advice.
  • You may not scrape the directory or listings to build a competing database, or use site data to charge jobseekers fees.

/how-we-verify-jobs/ — How We Verify Jobs (trust page)

Every job on this site passed three checks before it appeared:

  1. The sponsorship-sentence test. Our engine reads the full advert text. The job qualifies only if the advert itself states that sponsorship is offered (for example, "visa sponsorship available" or "Certificate of Sponsorship applications welcome"). Adverts that merely mention visas — or say sponsorship is not available — are rejected. The exact sentence is quoted on every job page so you can judge it yourself.
  2. The register cross-check. The employer is matched against the official GOV.UK Register of Licensed Sponsors, which we refresh daily (the sync date is shown on the Sponsor Licence List page). If the employer is not on the register, the job does not go live. If an employer is removed from the register, its jobs here are flagged and expired.
  3. Daily expiry discipline. Jobs carry the closing date from their source. When it passes, the page stays up with a clear Expired badge — we never silently delete, and we never extend a date the employer did not extend.

What we cannot verify: whether an employer will choose you, or whether UKVI will grant a visa. Be careful with anyone who promises either — and never pay for a Certificate of Sponsorship. See Visa Sponsorship Scams.
