A word of realism: the biggest sponsors by live volume are predictable — NHS trusts, universities, large care-adjacent health employers (in-UK hiring), tech and engineering firms. We rank companies here by current live jobs rather than claiming historical visa-grant totals we cannot verify from an official public source.
